Just got back from Utah

    Just got back from Utah

    and it was a blast. I thought I would put this out there before I take a few days to catch up on the other stuff here. It was a great trip! It was a the SXS Adventure Rally at Sand Hollow State Park near St George, Utah. Three days of good trails, good guides, and god peeps, but on my second day I tipped my machine over on a rock climb when I got a little off line and got into a crack in the rock.....and over I went! God damnit, twice in two weeks!
    No damage to my rig after the tip over and the trail guides just tipped me back over and away we went. Did another more difficult trail the next day and kept it on 4 wheels.
    The most amazing thing I saw there was the happiness of folks about Trump getting elected. Off road folks are mostly conservative and with this being an event celebrating out veterans, Hillary being elected would have cast a dark shadow over the event.
    Anyway, had a good time and more on this this evening after a nap!
    Screw diplomacy...........bring it!

        I went camping this weekend with some friends, and I have wanted to try some of the trails on the Ocala Forest. One of the guys told me about a trail that cut way across the forest and would cut off some drive time. I was just excited for the excuse to go offroad.

        It was AWESOME!

          It sucks I couldn't make it. I was challenged with a pos olds aurora. The headlight switch went bad and its not available except for used and this issue seems to be common. There is a reason the vehicle was only made from 95-99. Well, I wound up back feeding the taillight circuit with a 12v source switched with the ign switch. It ain't fixed right, but its fixed right now.

                    I got pissed at the group camped next to me. Woke me up several times with their drunken partying. Then around 3 am a big argument started over there and that was it for me. I packed up and left. Got home around noon. 527 miles. It was kinda cool driving through Vegas at night. No traffic and city all lit up!
