    I suppose

If we want to talk automobiles then we could talk about cars you made into racers. I turned 4 Chevelles (68-71) into very good dirt oval racers. Most guys at the time ( 79-85) were going to Camaros because of a shorter wheelbase, but I prefered a longer wheelbase which worked better when the track dried out and got slick, which was quite often. I used a 350 Chevy in all my cars Including the late models and sprint and they worked quite well.
So, what did you guys build?
    Screw diplomacy...........bring it!

When I was a teen early 20s I used to build and race pro street fords and one big block Holden Monaro but gave it away when the family came along.
A few years ago I got into 4wding and have built a couple of them since. I have just finished my latest build which will be my last for awhile unless I total it like the last one I posted a video of it in another thread last night playing in some mud.
After every build I keep saying im retiring and not building anymore but alas I cant help myself.

The meanest car I ever put together was for a customer. A 72 Pinto runabout with a Cleveland shoehorned between the stock frame rails. The 335 series motors are the biggest you can fit in one without chassis modifications.
