    Head on a swivel:

In light of the Paris attacks, keep your head on a swivel when at any public gatherings or events. I'm no expert, just a few things off of the top of my limited knowledge head. I'm sure others can add to the list.

    1. Know where all the exits or routes of egress are. Scout the area beforehand if you can and take mental notes of the layout.

    2. Know where everyone in your group is at all times.

    3. Keep a good flashlight (preferably two) on your person. These can be bought at Walmart and such places. With the technology today, you don't need to spend a hundred bucks to get a good one anymore. I bought a really nice one with a pocket clip from wally world for 14 dollars.

    4. You can use just about anything (belt, straps, scarves) to make a tourniquet, but use the victims own stuff first.

    5. Have a good cell phone, and give good descriptions to emergency personnel of what is going on around you.

This sig didn't cost me any money.

I left the firearms thing out on purpose, since some folks don't or can't carry for a variety of reasons. If you can, then by all means, DO.

I like the idea of the towel, it's very versatile! Scarf, handkerchief, anything along those lines to help stop bleeding.

If you cannot or will not carry a pistol, then I hear Europe is lovely this time of year. The will to survive is most important, second to that is the ability to project that will in a violent and precise manner as many times as possible.

Criminals and sissies are the two kinds that come to mind, America seems to be overrun by both.

I think the terrorists haven't thought this through. France is highly unlikely to remove their ban on full veiling now.

I can believe it. Gov. Andrew Cuomo is now expressing interest in placing a ban on deadly assault towels.

It's about the kids and the cops. We have had enough cop killings by towel.

They are focusing on limiting the size of the towel. No one needs a large capacity "beach-type" towel. Small registered hand towels are all anyone can reasonably use when hunting or camping or in their home.
