Bird's beak knife. Not the most-used, but my favorite for sentimental reasons. Memories of making fancy garnishes and turned vegetables. Now it's just great for paring apples and stuff.

I've been enjoying my bamboo steamer a lot lately. But I would have to say my favourite tool in the kitchen is my Ninja food processor.
