A few tablespoons of "the recipe": Unprocessed bran flakes, prunes, prune juice, raisins
Variety of foods high in fiber
Miralax
stool softeners
If no poop in 2 days > Milk of Magnesia
Day 3 > Magnesium citrate
Day 4 > suppository. if no success, enema. If no success, digital extraction is necessary : /
