I only shoot them with my camera. The worst that's going to happen is a blurry photo.

Nice arrow works pretty sweet. Snares work pretty good too

gamgee, you are gonna want to use a 12 gauge slug there. Be sure you get a hot home defense style load. If you are unsure of your aim, then 00 is your best bet buddy. Also, have a friend video it for us.

#4 Birdshot is common to use. Not to be confused with #4 Buckshot which is twice the size and useful if you plan on eating the turkey as a stew meat.

                    I use a Hevi-Shot Magnum blend with #5,6, & 7 shot. Here's a link for it. I highly recommend it

Here's a link to all of the turkey shells they carry. BTW, I buy from Midway all the time. They have great customer service.

Give a man a match, & he'll be warm for 20 seconds. But toss that man a white phosphorus grenade and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

I've always used #4 bird shot.

I've never understood the ultra magnum turkey loads. Its not like they are super armored mutants or anything like that. I like the standard 2 3/4" loads, plus my shoulder thanks me for that.

I have had good luck with making a tannerite bowl, then putting feed in it. When the turkey comes to eat, you simply shoot the bowl with your shot of choice.

It's not stopping power, but increased range hunters are looking for with the magnum loads. I've patterned my shotgun and I'm very comfortable with 45 yard shots.
