I have probably three leatherman wave. They are awesome. Keep one in my plate carrier. One in my BOB/INCH bag. And one for my EDC.

I also I have a really expensive leatherman but I never use it.
A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields, when the age of men comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you stand, Men of the West!

The leatherman warranty is superb. I have sent them two waves and they sent back new one.

                I don't carry a multi-tool, I've never needed one.

But I have thought about buying one and seeing how valuable one might be.

I used mine yesterday to tighten the knob on a drawer.
                  I don't know.

Before people start thinking you're gay or something you should tell them you're Canadian and have a huge toolbox in the back of your pickup. Fuck multitools.

                        Hahaha!

In my 26 years of life, I've never needed a multi-tool; my toolchest contains all the tools that I'd ever need.

The thing that would get the most use, from a multi-tool might be a corkscrew for a bottle of wine or mead and that would be like 1-3 times a year, if that.

                        Multi-tools have corkscrews, yes?

I've carried one on my keyring for over 10yrs and only needed the pliers once, I carried a multi-tool on my hip for over a year and only ever needed a "multi-tool" whilst working in a factory... Now I carry an Imperial Schrade Sodbuster Mini.

That Schrade is a nice looking knife.

A Great Aunt of mine gave me a Schrade lockblade that looks alot like a buck 110. She had the brass engraved. I've had that knife for about 40 years. I don't cut jack with it lol
