What is the best way to keep boiling oil over the entrances to your house? How much oil should be stockpiled per entrance?

    Possibly more questions to follow.
    I don't know.

The thing about boiling oil is keeping it hot. Sulfuric acid is the key. No need to keep it hot.

The traditional method is to employ a hunchback for hot oil deployment. These days 3 or 4 millenials can be had for the same cost, as long as you provide a basement.

I'm just trying to be helpful. No need to get hostile.

Hunchback or not. You still have to keep the oil hot. In a shtf situation where resources are scarce, thats a lot of fuel spent to heat the oil. Like I said sulfuric acid would be the logical alternative. There will be plenty of car batteries to get the acid out of.

Otoh, batteries will be an item that will be coveted and hoarded when the grid goes down.

They're the gift that keeps on giving. Not only can you use the acid to defend your home, you can melt the lead to make boolits and use bacon grease as a lube to thwart off moslems.

I have trap door/ pitfalls at at all doors. Of course hot oil is in them. Gimps in basement keep them boiling. Gives them purpose in life.

Solar panels to heat the oil. Bonus - you can poach meats and fish in it, so it has cooking applications too

We need to patent this. Need a good name. The Ronco Oil Poacher Cooking and Home Defense System.... Poach N' Kill.... Bad Guys will be Oil Gone....

                              That's a start. I need more coffee
                              .
