Some guy came home to find his window busted in. So he called the cops and let them know he has a gun in the house and doesn't want to go in.

and right now there's a report of a suspicious package. The cop said he's turning his radio off until it's disposed of.

How do I listen to cops on the radio? I used to have a scanner app, but I couldn't get my town with it. So I listened in on the States, some crazy shit.

I need a phone app, also one to listen to online from my computer and one for my radio.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
