Nice Gonemad, I was torn between getting an STI or the WRX but figured for long term daily driving the WRX was a wiser decision.

I retired from dairy farming and AG contracting 6 months ago and now have 900 acres of sheep and beef.
I kept a couple of the tractors for that.

WRX Is by far the better car for a daily driver Nice and smooth.
That was the problem with the STi It was horrible around town and was a hard ride over a long distance.

I've only had it for 2 months now but it's absolutely a fun car to drive and I think it actually has more legroom in the back than my VW, my kid can't kick the back of the seat

I don't own a car. If I don't need to pull something I'll just ride my bike.

You will find it will come into its own during winter.
Apart from the Audi Quattro system the Subaru Awd system is the best on the market very safe and user friendly in the wet.

I picked up a set of 17x7" Enkei wheels with Blizzak ws80s already on them for a steal a few weeks ago. I'm actually looking forward to driving in the snow/ice this year.
