I carried a 3" Ruger SP101 38+p in one of my Bianchi holsters for many years usually loaded with Winchester 125 grain hollow points.
It isn't a .357 model but the little extra barrel length and sight radius made it easy to hit at 50 yards when shooting with my little Brother with his .357 snub SP101.
I've put many thousands of rounds down range with revolvers since the 70s and still shoot them pretty well but he could out shoot me with a rifle and iron sights
One of his high school friends called recently and we were talking about all the times they would go to the old public range that was off of hwy 49 near Tuckertown reservoir with me and then go fishing at one of the nearby lakes and just make a day of it.
