        Sand the outside a little and paint it your choice of color.

          I drilled some holes in the belt loop so that I can hang it from a carabiner or anything else.

            I put this knob on it to give you something to grab onto on the sheath and to keep it from being so "slick."

                    2.5 inch, I think, but it might have been 3". This PVC was thicker than the last one I worked with and made it a little more difficult, especially making the belt loop. I've heard that Kydex and PVC are almost the same thing.
