    RIP Celebrities

2016 saw the loss of so many celebrities such as George Michaels, Prince, and David Bowie to name a few. They lived the glam life style and loved their coke and heroin. My how the world mourned their passing. Meanwhile in Iraq and Afghanistan, a private first class earns $22,165.20 a year and lives in squalor separated from his family. Thirty-three of them gave their life in 2016, why are they forgotten?

Give a man a match, & he'll be warm for 20 seconds. But toss that man a white phosphorus grenade and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Five star post blade, I was trying to put similar thoughts into words this morning but just couldn't do it without being a boring, long winded bastard. I never had much respect for celebrity status myself. I respect those who are true and who do.

If I was a celebrity I'd be shitting bricks for the next to couple of days.

It's a part of life, whether it's the end of the journey or the start of another is open to debate.
