    They're Out There

    Good people, that is.

Just saw on the news, a repo man in Illinois paid off all the payments on an old couples car, and raised seventeen thousand dollars for them. And got them a frozen turkey.

The husband, a Navy vet, has Alzheimer's and they couldn't make the hundred dollars a month payment on their '98 car.

He took the car, drove a little ways, then pulled over and called the bank to see if he could pay it off. Washed it, changed the oil, and drove it back.

    Nice job!
    I don't know.

I'm doing this dishes, taking care of my son and doing some general clean up this morning.

      Usually it's my wife's job.

But I decided to let her off the hook and sleep in for a bit.

I feel like I am doing some good.

We do things 50/50 in this household.

We work as a team to keep our family running as smoothly as possible.

Yes.... It is her job. her place.... And well she knows it. He was telling me how he keeps her in line, like a real man should. It was interesting.

You got that right, should have seen all of the cleaning and organizing that I helped do today, getting back to doing it right away.

My days off are still full of work!

                              No rest for the wicked!
