T Ord I need your help, I wanna bake some "ancient" grain type breads; do you know what I'm talking about?
Can you help me figure out with what I need and how to go about it?
I've only baked white bread before.
Also, I plan on using normal yeast. So don't recommend your obscurity yeasts please.
