How many tattoos does a person need to have before they would need to start considering themselves a heavily tattooed person?
I was thinking like 40% body coverage. Or maybe less if there were face tattoos. I tried for a bit to figure out the math (area...legs * 2 + 30% butt...maybe divided by square footage of back or fuck all I dont know) but I got bored with it when the buzz wore off and I became less introspective about the world.

I believe the nature of the tattoos plays in to it. a heart with some initials opposed to a baby on fire illicits different responses.

Basically, if your hands are tattooed , your neck or your face, you're considered heavily tatted.

Most artist will not tattoo those areas unless you're already heavily tattooed.
