Some years ago we had a slow summer at work so I was helping a buddy on the side to set some monuments and he also had a job restoring a large old cemetery. His father owned a funeral home and had more work than he could keep up with often and they paid well. They were choosy with who they would hire as they needed people that would be very polite and respectful of anyone visiting the graves of their loved ones.
