I haven't been following too closely, but this is what I've been hearing.

Trump has appointed a pro common core Secretary of Education.
He doesn't want to hurt the Clintons.
Maybe a wall, maybe a fence.
Total repeal of Obamacare is out.
His transition team includes lobbyists.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

I wont be surprised no matter what kind of President he is. I hear that Jill Stein is raising funds to challenge the vote in three states that Trump won so there may be a slim chance that the election outcome could be overturned.

The best thing we have going for us is that they are both so old that I doubt either would be able to run for a second term in such a stressful job and even if they did both of them are seen in such a negative light by a lot of voters and it will probably only get worse.

I suspect it is all a part of his plan. Donald Trump doesn't take a dump without a plan.


He will be active and visible in New York and try to turn it sort of red if he runs for reelection.


People seem to think that it was a wild fluke that he was elected but I have no doubt that he and his advisors have been studying the electorate and past elections for years and figured they could appeal to Reagan Democrats. It seems to have worked.
