Everything was legal until some control freak passed a law against it.
I live in the bible belt, I can't walk into my favorite deli, buy a sammich and a beer and then eat it outside on the public benches on a nice day. The best I can do is their patio. Makes a fella want to make his own damn sammich and eat it just inside his property line right beside his own no trespassing sign and dare some asshole to tell him that he can't wash it down with a cold beer.
No doubt exists that all women are crazy; it's only a question of degree.

Shame, cause I can. If not, I would do it at home.
When I was young the local stores kept tubs of beers on ice by the register. I would grab a couple on the way home from work and drink the first as I walked to my truck. Nothing like a cold beer after a long day working in the sun.
Now we have open carry laws. Those who can't have a beer or two without getting hammered ruined it for the rest of us.
Drinking a beer while driving down the road is no more dangerous than drinking water as long as you don't get drunk.
