Tried to post this on the sandwichnetwork but that sucks fucking retarded;

2 Finely sliced, 1 sliced chestnut mushroom, thick sliced tomato, Sweet Chill Sausages:


Smoked streaky bacon, black pudding:


2 slices white bread, toasted as you like 1 side:


Once everything is cooked lay the goo under the sausages on your first slice of toast:

Followed by Bacon:


Cheese (grated important for taste)


Halve 2 of the sausages to creat a platform:


Blackpudding:

Top off with other slice of toast and cut diagonally (like the grated cheese this is important as it effects the taste)

I was just showing my vegetarian daughter your sandwich and she noticed it's only toasted on one side. Is that normal in England or is your toaster broken?

It's actually pretty good. Little dry and mealy though.

I have only eaten it once, in an Irish pub in downtown Toronto.

Had it with a rack of lamb.

Contains lots of vitamins and nutrients.

The Irish call it Blood Sausage.
