I know someone who worked a part-time job just for diapers and formula. He got them at cost. The baby he worked for is now a top executive.
I don't know if things work like that in Mexico.

A very long time ago my wife thought about working for them. I forbid it. I told her by the time she clocked out and walked through the store to the car she would have spent more than she made that shift.......

Name, paying them in store credits reminds me very much of the coal miners and the "company store". They didn't get money for a wage. They got tokens. The tokens could only be spent at the company owned store for food and supplies.

Just a different type of indentured servant.

And if this storm hits and parts of Mexico are wiped out, our leaders will want to send tons of money to rebuild.

I've got a better idea . . . let's send them back all their illegals so they'll have plenty of manpower to rebuild

I'm going to be mad if it gets cloudy out, where I'm at, next week, because of this storm. I'll be really mad if we get some rain because of it.

The hurricane force winds just blew 12 million Mexicans into our southern states. What a mess this storm is creating

Looks like they dodged a bullet down there. Not nearly the devastation they expected. Looks like we wont get the flood of refugees as expected. Speaking of floods, Texas is getting hammered.
