I watched an interview this morning with him.

HE KNEW HE HAD HIV FOR FOUR YEARS NOW. And he's had unprotected sex during that time. It's a crime in the majority of states to not disclose you're HIV positive to a sex partner. (not to mention morally reprehensible)
