    15.5 years and lifetime supervision.

This is more than the original plea bargain they offered him.

He's in Indiana though. I know the system in Indiana. For one, the state matches your time. So the most he will actually serve is 7.75 years. He will get time served, so hes been in for about 6 months now, so that's one more year off. He has a degree, so they will let him teach shit like the GED program. That will get another 6-18 months knocked off. With all that and good behavior, he will be paroled in 3-4 years.

          I don't know . . . that Judge was pretty pissed off.

Plus he's on lifetime supervision. One wrong move . . .

After he leaves the court, the judge doesn't matter anymore.
He will also be able to get the supervision appealed after a few years, especially if he moves to a blue state.

Don't get me wrong though, I wish he would've gotten a much harsher sentence.

Usually the parole board officers are all buddies with the judges. The legal community is very inbred.

And Crow is right, he'll have a nice safe area in adseg with all the other worthless pussies who only prey on little kids

I actually thought the punishment was pretty extensive, though justifiable. The dude ordered some prostitutes online. Maybe he's a perv, but they glossed right past the fact the two girls were underage sex slaves being rented in the US. I have a bigger problem with the seller than the buyer.

Being a perv is wrong, having child sex slavery in the USA is wronger. Another reason we do not want Islam to increase in the USA.

Jared is a small fish in a big ocean. The Ape Man is right, that there is a much larger issue at play here. They will just throw the subway guy in prison and everyone will forget about it in a few weeks.

They have an 85% rule I believe, because it was a sex crime he has to do 85% of the sentence. So 13 years min.

After reading this, I went and did some research. After reading several documents, I have to say I am wrong and mayaca is mostly right.

In 2014, Indiana completely overhauled it's felony class system, it's time served credit system and it's punishment terms.

Being that he was found guilty of a Class 1 Felony (which used to be class A) plus the fact that it was a sex crime, he had a possible sentence maximum of 50 yrs. He was sentenced to 15.5 yrs and he is eligible for a 75% time served credit. He is eligible for parole in 2029..barring any reduction of sentence in appeals court.

I was unaware of Indiana overhauling it's felony and punishment system when I posted earlier.
