So I literally live in a quaint little Christmas town!

There is a made for TV movie out this year, called "A prince for Christmas".
I was filmed last year. It's a horrible corny and sappy Christmas movie.

Anyhow, it was filmed in my little town. In several scenes, you can actually see the red maple in my front yard. It's kind of weird to watch all of the places I know on TV. You guys should watch it, so you can see all the snow we get. There are a ton of locals in the movie.

    Cool!

    I will look for it.

    Thank you.

Just like living in a Christmas card!

Hey, it's on tomorrow at 1:00. We can all gather round our TV sets and have A Very Darkside Christmas, watching apart, yet together in spirit. Sipping hot cocoa with a candy cane to stir, light a fire, snuggled under a throw. We can all share the moment together, like a big, dysfunctional family.

Except for me - I'm working.

I'm not watching some sappy movie just to see a maple tree.

It's on ION. It is on again tomorrow. Three times.

After watching the entire movie, you actually get to see my house twice. The movie was actually filmed in about 5 locations. The "Town of Aurora" is actually the village of East Aurora (in the town of Aurora), the B&B from the movie is there. They also do a few Main St. shots from there...(the Aurora theater, Vidlers, etc.) The place the guy breaks down is on Knox farm in E.A. It's a massive piece of property and a lot of it is a park now. The hill they go sledding on is in Chestnut Ridge in Orchard Park, about 15 minutes from E.A.. The train station is about 20 minutes in the opposite direction from E.A and I don't think it's actually in use. It's the Arcade/Attica station. We don't have passenger trains around here. Then a lot of it was shot in my little town. The diner in the movie is actually my landlord's place. I live in the house next door. When you see the sign that says "Colden Kitchen"...my dog pees on that sign, pretty much every day. They do a few shots of my town from the hills on either side of it. That's when you can see a store called Harmony Market and a guy is snow blowing a sidewalk. I get my beer from Harmony Market.

So yeah...I live in a little Christmas town. I am super white.

That's actually a sign of pomposity, or that those around you are actually beneath you in some way.
                      I don't know.

I actually agree with you most of the time, gamgee. I have to say though, I actually like the meerkat gif better.

If I watch it, I would just be casing the house.
