Due to the inherent distrust oof Islam that has been built up in the last 14 years, perhaps it is the logical choice.

Religion is a choice, being American is a choice, and deciding whether you are Islamic or American is a hard choice.

You simply cannot hold dear a religion that is fundamentally opposed to American way of life without active segregation. The Amish made this very clear. But for some reason Islam is bent on making others adapt, causing bilateral violence.

You also cannot cater to other cultures without jeopardizing your own. The people see it plain as the Sharia law sunset over Michigan.

Obama's mouth piece, no not Reggie, his Press Secretary said Trump is disqualified to be President because what he said about banning Muslims is unconstitutional (debatable).

Most people that claim something is unconstitutional have never actually read the constitution. In this case, the press secretary didn't even bother to read the preamble (the first few sentences) of said document

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Then there is that odd little tidbit about constitutional rights...I think it had something to do to only applying to American citizens or something.

This "Muslim" issue is tied in with our broken immigration system. If our government really cared to protect the citizens from outside threats then the first thing it would do, would be to seal the borders and deport anyone that is not here legally. They don't do that, and go out of their way to bring in more unvetted people from every third world rat hole on the planet. So, IMHO, the problem isn't Muslims, the problem is our own government.

I personally think all religions border on insanity, but I respect anyones right to worship anything they want, no matter how crazy. 99% of Muslims are decent people and you still have a greater chance of being murdered by a homegrown christian. This whole thing is simply the government and media causing a problem and creating fear to push an agenda.
