I am a serious X-Files addict. So happy when Season 10 came out. I hope there will be season 11.
After 14 years it was good to see how Gillian Anderson looks better and better with age (must be alien DNA?). She was stunningly gorgeous in The X-Files: I Want to Believe.

David Duchovny looks his age -- an old fart with no beer belly (yet?).
My favorite episode was the one with the lizard dude.

I agree with you completely, night. I was pretty pissed off about the last episode. They basically wasted 2 of the other episodes...the stupid lizard man had to be the dumbest ever. They shouldn't let Darin Morgan direct X-files episodes.

It was hurried and they just threw an ending on it. I think that fans across the board are upset about it. The first couple of episodes were going very well and then it just shit canned.

I was very disappointed. They could have done much better.

I almost didn't watch the others after that stupid lizard man one. I think Cris Carter sold out for the money

I went back to watching the old ones tonight. Soooooo much better

I finished the last of the new episodes and I must say . . . it was painful to watch.

I hate the new "Mulder and Scully" -- that girl is a total twit (she was better as Claire in Six Feet Under).

Could they have rushed through the last episode any faster? Where's the mood building like the old X-Files was famous for? That last episode would have been two or even three parts back in the day

I like the fact that they're using the original intro.

So do I, especially since you get to see their ID badges with the old pictures. Kind of gives some extra substance to the new shows. They didnt "remake" it, they just picked it back up and I think that's awesome. Fuckin smoking man is even creepier now too!

I can't say it enough, I am so happy to be watching new episodes of the show. It's always been one of my favorites. My wife said I look like a little kid when it comes on and I whistle the opening song.

Me too -- I jump up and down on the couch.

I'm also re-watching the old ones.

I got to my second favorite episode last night -- Home. Remember that?
