I like and don't like the way the main characters die off in this series. It has been hard to keep "invested" as the ones I liked have been picked off. I stopped watching because on a certain level it is the same story over and over.
the survivors need something and go looking for it. something happens and a couple disappear. Eventually one makes it back.
or they both do and someone totally not connected to the mission gets bit.
everything else is a soap opera window dressing.

I just started watching it over the summer. I think I watched all of the older seasons in maybe a week? I skipped all the parts that were boring.
