stay safe anyone in the path. i would put anything that was treasured or important in the attic if you are in a flood area. if they cant be taken with you. safety deposit boxes might need to be emptied if the bank is in a lot lying area. my bank doesnt have a water proof vault, but the bank is near a hundred years old.Comment

I'm in the direct path of the storm in VA. I live on the water. I spent all day yesterday doing hurricane preparedness for my job and I'll do more today. We are even prepared for the clean up after the storm.
10 years ago hurricane Isabel came through here and hammered this area. Scary night for sure. I really hope this hurricane makes a different turn.Comment
