Yes they do. But there have been reports of toxic waste dumping in Brazil (hell, all over the world). As someone who has worked on numerous Superfund cases, I've seen how they manipulate the numbers and pass the buck

Every year, I am covered head to toe in mosquito bites, despite using every known method of prevention. It's gotten to be a joke -- 15 people outdoors and I'm the only one getting bitten.

Repel has a spray that is 99% deet that will keep them off you. Don't get in your eyes or on your lips. Make sure you get the REPEL 99% they do have some much lower.

That stuff is great, I use all the time out in the woods or on the water.

Before I would have agreed with you but now I think it's a lot of environmental shit that's giving us all this crap. And they come up with some new excuse for it that's like "act of God" shit because if they admitted they were responsible, then they'd be liable and have to provide medical care
