I'm an original series kinda guy. 'The Next Generation' was a little too bland for my taste, and I never watched any of the others.

DS9 had the best writing since they could actually depict interpersonal conflict and growth. TNG had its hands tied since Rodenberry wanted everyone to be intellectually evolved to the point where they'd get along. That's why the conflicts were always an alien virus or whatever.
Voyager was boring as fuck and TOS has aged a bit but is still a classic for its themes and prop design, which was actually quite clever. Never cared to watch Enterprise.
