Ok, now to the real nitty gritty!
One of the main concerns I've read about chemtrails is that "they are trying to control the weather!" Well, it's true!
"Cloud seeding, a form of weather modification, is the attempt to change the amount or type of precipitation that falls from clouds, by dispersing substances into the air that serve as cloud condensation or ice nuclei, which alter the microphysical processes within the cloud. The usual intent is to increase precipitation (rain or snow), but hail and fog suppression are also widely practiced in airports."
Ok, now why is this interesting? Well, they "seed" the clouds with "DRY ICE." What is this dry ice? It's CARBON DIOXIDE!! You know that greenhouse gas that causes "Global Warming!"
"Dry ice, sometimes referred to as "cardice" (chiefly by British chemists), is the solid form of carbon dioxide. It is used primarily as a cooling agent."
So now CARBON DIOXIDE "cools" the atmosphere?! These bastards can't keep their lies straight!
"Cloud Seeding!
Cloud seeding is a real activity carried out by different groups and governments since the middle of the 20th century. The ultimate goal of cloud seeding is to trigger precipitation, with goals ranging from "just to see if we can do it" to "preventing hurricanes from growing into monsters."
Precipitation forms and falls when water vapor condenses and collects on a nucleus, forming a droplet of water or ice crystal. When the water or ice becomes too heavy to remain suspended in the cloud, it falls as precipitation. The idea behind cloud seeding is to sprinkle nuclei into the cloud to hasten and enhance the process. The main ingredient used in cloud seeding is a powdery substance called silver iodide, and it's used because it has a "very, very close" molecular resemblance to the structure of ice crystals, which makes it highly effective for use as a nucleus to spark precipitation."
Carbon Dioxide also freezes on the ice caps of Mars.... But somehow it heats the Earth??
Extraterrestrial occurrence[edit]
Following the Mars flyby of the Mariner 4 spacecraft in 1966, scientists concluded that Mars' polar caps consist entirely of dry ice.[34] However, findings made in 2003 by researchers at the California Institute of Technologyhave shown that Mars' polar caps are almost completely made of water ice, and that dry ice only forms a thin surface layer that thickens and thins seasonally.[34][35] A phenomenon named dry ice storms was proposed to occur over the polar regions of Mars. They are comparable to Earth's thunderstorms, with crystalline CO2 taking the place of water in the clouds.[36]

Silver iodine is also used in this "cloud seeding."
"Methodology[edit]
The most common chemicals used for cloud seeding includesilver iodide, potassium iodide and dry ice (solid carbon dioxide). "
"With an NFPA 704 health hazard rating of 2, silver iodide can cause temporary incapacitation or possible residual injury to humans and mammals with intense or continued but not chronic exposure. However, there have been several detailed ecological studies that showed negligible environmental and health impacts.[17][18][19] The toxicity of silver and silver compounds (from silver iodide) was shown to be of low order in some studies. These findings likely result from the minute amounts of silver generated by cloud seeding, which are about one percent of industry emissions into the atmosphere in many parts of the world, or individual exposure from tooth fillings.[20]
Accumulations in the soil, vegetation, and surface runoff have not been large enough to measure above natural background.[21] A 1995 environmental assessment in the Sierra Nevada of California[22] and a 2004 independent panel of experts in Australia confirmed these earlier findings.[23]
"In 1978, an estimated 2,740 tonnes of silver were released into the US environment. This led the US Health Services and EPA to conduct studies regarding the potential for environmental and human health hazards related to silver. These agencies and other state agencies applied the Clean Water Act of 1977 and 1987 to establish regulations on this type of pollution."[24]
Cloud seeding over Kosciuszko National Park—a biosphere reserve—is problematic in that several rapid changes of environmental legislation were made to enable the trial. Environmentalists are concerned about the uptake of elemental silver in a highly sensitive environment affecting the pygmy possum among other species as well as recent high level algal blooms in once pristine glacial lakes. Research 50 years ago and analysis by the former Snowy Mountains Authority led to the cessation of the cloud seeding program in the 1950s with non-definitive results. Formerly, cloud seeding was rejected in Australia on environmental grounds because of concerns about the protected species, the pygmy possum.[25] Since silver iodide and not elemental silver is the cloud seeding material, the claims of negative environmental impact are disputed by peer-reviewed research as summarized by the international Weather Modification Association.[26]

Potassium Iodide is also used.
"Potassium iodide (KI) can be conveniently prepared as a saturatedsolution, abbreviated SSKI."- "Iodide solutions made from a few drops of SSKI added to drinks have also been used as expectorants to increase the water content of respiratory secretions and encourage effective coughing.[11]"
"in 1982, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved potassium iodide to protect thyroid glands fromradioactive iodine involving accidents or fission emergencies.[citation needed] In an accidental event or attack on anuclear power plant, or in nuclear bomb fallout, volatile fission product radionuclides may be released. Of these products, 131I is one of the most common and is particularly dangerous to the thyroid gland because it may lead tothyroid cancer.[citation needed] By saturating the body with a source of stable iodide prior to exposure, inhaled or ingested 131I tends to be excreted, which prevents radioiodine uptake by the thyroid. The protective effect of KI lasts approximately 24 hours.[citation needed] For optimal prophylaxis, KI must be dosed daily until a risk of significant exposure to radioiodine by either inhalation or ingestion no longer exists.""L E X - T A L I O N I S"

"Contrails"
"Contrails are a concern in climate studies as increased jet aircraft traffic may result in an increase in cloud cover. It has been estimated that in certain heavy air-traffic corridors, cloud cover has increased by as much as 20%. An increase in cloud amount changes the region's radiation balance. For example, solar energy reaching the surface may be reduced, resulting in surface cooling. They also reduce the terrestrial energy losses of the planet, resulting in a warming. Jet exhaust also plays a role in modifying the chemistry of the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere."
Again we have this "simultaneous heating and cooling thing."^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Also from the above article
"NASA and the DOE are sponsoring a research program to study the impact contrails have on atmospheric chemistry, weather and climate."
This is a picture I found online talking about Contrails.

Discovery on the subject:
"For a long time, those of us who think of ourselves as reality-based have snickered at the conspiracy theorists who argue that contrails–those wispy streams of ice and pollution particles in the sky left behind by jet aircraft–actually are signs of a clandestine government effort to modify the weather. But now, as it turns out, maybe we shouldn’t have been quite so dismissive. While there’s still no evidence that contrails are part of an insidious cabal, a new study published in International Journal of Climatology and detailed in this press release, reveals that they actually can influence temperatures on the ground and local weather patterns.""L E X - T A L I O N I S"

"The type of vapor selected to create these colorful clouds and trails depends on the purpose of the investigation, the local time, and the altitude under study. Commonly used vapors that are released in space are:- Tri-methyl aluminum (TMA),
- Lithium, and
- Barium."
Tri-methyl aluminum (TMA)
Tri-methyl aluminum reacts with oxygen and produces chemi-luminescence when exposed to the atmosphere. The products of the reaction are aluminum oxide, carbon dioxide, and water vapor, which also occur naturally in the atmosphere. TMA releases are most often used to study the neutral winds in the lower ionosphere at night at altitudes of 100 miles (160 kilometers) or less.

Lithium
Lithium vapor is also used to study neutral winds in the upper atmosphere. Lithium gas has an unusually bright narrow-band emission at 670.7 nanometers, a wavelength in the infrared range, which enables it to be visible in the daytime with cameras with infrared filters. In fact, Lithium is the only vapor that can be imaged during the day and is also one of the few vapors that can be used at high altitudes (> 124 miles or 200 kilometers) at night. At night, its color is bright red.
The cloud in the upper left hand part of the image is due to a barium release. The purple-red part is the ionized component which has become elongated along the Earth’s magnetic field lines. The purple-blue cloud that surrounds the red ionized barium is a combination of the neutral barium and strontium. The blue and white trail in the lower portion of the image is from a TMA vapor trail that reveals the neutral wind trails as a function of altitude.

Barium
Barium is used to study the motion of both ions and neutrals in space. A fraction of a barium cloud ionizes quickly when exposed to sunlight and has a purple-red color. Its motions can be used to track the motion of the charged particles in the ionosphere. The remainder of the barium release is neutral, having a different color, and can be used to track the motion of the neutral particles in the upper atmosphere. A small quantity of strontium or lithium is sometimes added to the barium mixture to enhance the neutral barium emissions, making it easier to track the neutral cloud. Since the observer must be in darkness while the barium cloud is in sunlight, the technique is limited to local time observations near sunset or sunrise."L E X - T A L I O N I S"
