I've noticed that the media will often refer to an issue by certain code words. Lately "controversial" has been used a lot. Is this just an effort to turn it into clicks and views? I don't know, just an observation. Anyway, Fox News is using the "C" word for the North Carolina voter ID law.
I see people often walk into the store to buy cigarettes and alcohol with their ID but these same people don't seem to be able to present their ID when they vote. I don't know, maybe I'm just a racist old white guy and I should just shut the hell up so Julio and Shatavia can vote as many times as they like to make up for the oppression they face on a daily basis while buying their favorite malt liquor and smokes.
