    Intermittent fasting

    So that's what I'm trying now. Anyone else tried it? I don't chew anything on Mondays or Thursdays because that's when I'm busiest. I love the way I feel the next day. Everything shrinks. This is week three. I'll weigh in tomorrow and let you know how much I've lost.

    I've also taken to hiking at 6 or so in the morning to avoid creeper. I enjoy it immensely. The solitude, the lack of stress from worrying about him.

        I have never eaten "normal". I go between a binge eating problem and anorexia (It's been a very long time since I had the anorexia problem and I don't really talk about that much).

        I eat kind of normal 5 days a week. On the fast days I drink a meal shake which is 240 calories at breakfast and dinner. In between is usually a coconut water, Bragg vinegar water, maybe a kombucha sometimes a coke as a treat. I don't drink all of those things, just one. Also several cups of coffee.

        On the "normal" days I have a shake for breakfast and dinner and a regular meal. If not, I binge. I need to learn to control the binge but after 25 years, I have not been able to.

          I've read were many people doing well on IF dieting. Some vary somewhat from what you doing.

                            I got a three mile hike in at 6:30, still fasting. I weighed in and have lost 4 pounds in 3 weeks. Wish it were more but I don't eat as well as I should the other 5 days.

                              I wanted to eat a bunch of candy bars for breakfast. Instead I made crispy bacon, 2 OE eggs and 1 OM, toast and dark coffee. My stomach has shrank (shrunk?) so I had 2 eggs, toast, and 2 strips of bacon. No candy bars...yet. mwahahahaha
