Scotty, you may not like your president, voted by your people but you should still respect your country and not publicly insult your leader. It's tacky.

To be fair to the residents.......... he openly stated that he wanted to "politicize" these events in order to push through gun control. His words! So if a parent whose kid was just murdered feels that him coming in to USE that death to push his political agenda is bullshit, then I am certainly going to support their right to free speech to express how they feel about his bullshit.

Now............. If he was just going to Jacksonville to visit friends, I think showing up at the airport with "go to hell" signs would be tacky.

In this case, I think they are pretty justified.

Anger towards the leader shows weakness. We spend so much time focused on our hate that we forget to notice the enemy.

Don't miss my point. Anger in grief is natural. It is the easiest emotion to grasp when you lose someone. The town is grieving. He came not to commiserate with them, but to use their tragedy to further his own agenda. They are offended.

I wasn't saying it was right, only that it is understandable.

Stop blaming the leader and see the people.
The people hate their leader. Those people are killing more people, and blaming the leadership. No one takes ownership anymore. Everyone is fucked up.

Sky for DS president. It's time for a woman to be in charge.

For POTUS to travel to an area that is victim to a tragedy just for political gain is completely disrespectful and reprehensible. If I lived there I would have the largest sign right up front protesting him. Our 1st Amendmant first and foremost was to allow the citizens to criticise our leaders, and is a sign of strength, not weakness. When our leaders take away our ability to lead ourselves then we must fight back and not become quiet following sheep. I applaud those protestors as they send the message that they wont be a part in Obamas power play!
                              Screw diplomacy...........bring it!
