Obviously she was yelling "I like a snack bar" but those paranoid and prejudiced people getting ran over assumed it was something else.

Other than the article you linked I couldn't find anything about this in English media. Two cops being run over would be big news. I found some info about it in French media (shut up Mayaca). She didn't run over two cops - at least there are no injuries reported - she swerved her car towards them, they got out of the way, then she crashed into a police car and ran off on foot yelling 'Allah'. Now she's in the nuthouse.
