    Whats your exercise/workout routine?

    Walking/hiking and some light weights for me... oh, and chasing the girlfriend around for cardio.

          I hike, often with a pack, and timed. 15 minute miles. 45lbs 3 miles is the goal.......

              Walking average 1-2hrs a day cross country and on road (dogs)

              I've just gotten back into the gym after a few years out, I know these are pussy weights but I've only been back in just over a week and need to watch my knee's.

              5 Minutes Cross trainer 10 incline 5 resistance 130+ pace (warm up)
              10 Minutes Cross trainer 10 incline 13-15 resistance 120+ pace
              Leg Extensions 25kg 3x 16 reps
              Chest Press 32kg 3x 16 reps
              Shoulder Press (free weights) 12kg 3x 16 reps
              Lat Row 39kg 3x 16 reps
              Lat Pulldown 39kgs 3x 16 reps
              Half Sits
              Ab Roller 3x 10 reps
              Ab Twist weighted ball 3x 10 reps
              Rope Fling <- can't remember proper name good cardio and arm workout.

              Swimming.

                  In July of 2014 I got tired of looking pregnant, so I cut my calorie intake to 1700 a day and starting doing daily long walks with my pooch or riding a bicycle. Lost a pound a week. Joined a gym and started doing mild cardio and weights for about 1-1/2 hours and lost 1 1/2 pounds a week. I lost 24 lbs and 3 inches off my waist in 20 weeks just ahead of my goal, and lost a couple more after, and can see my dick again without bending over.
                  Now I pretty much eat what I want but try to stay away from really high calorie stuff, except beer, and hit the gym 6 days a week doing bicycle or elipticals, stair steppers, and treadmill for 30 minutes along with 30 -45 minutes of weights. I'm maintaining my weight and my upper body looks so much better that I'm not ashamed of taking my shirt off in front of people.. Not that anyone cares since I am 62 but...............
                  Night would have an instant orgasm looking at me now compared to when she saw me before!

                    Backpacking, cycling, and swimming keep me from become rotund. I love doing all three so it doesn't feel like work.

                          I hobbled around the block four time this morning with my old cane but I stop between laps to sit on my patio and stretch my legs or I can't do that many laps.

                          Between laps I do curls and overhead presses with a couple of red bricks just to keep my heart rate up a bit.

                          I had to stop after lap two today because I shook a dump loose.

                          I've also taken up fucking fatties the last couple of years since they are the only ones I can catch these days.

                              walking. jet skiing, working during summer. winter. lifting weights, walking to go fish on the ice , treadmill. sex, when i can find it.
