Too much, an arm and a leg. But I think we'll be getting a great deal on this house. We're buying it from my Grandparents, who let my crackhead uncle live there, rent free for 15 years. The house needs a lot of love 'n care, but I want my grandparent's house and the house I grew up in; back to being beautiful and no longer a crack den.

Now, that is probably true. But you ain't seen how northern Canada can be. Especially this small mining town.

I ain't saying it can hold it's own to Detroit, or any large American city; but for Canada, it's awful.

I'll give you an example; a 12 pack case of condensed milk, is $100cad, just a few hours north of here.

And the crime here, unbelievable.

There's only a couple decent areas, the one we're moving to and 2 others. Even these areas, aren't great. Lots and lots of violent crime.

Within 2 months of moving here, there was 7 murders. One of them, my friend; who was beaten to death, over a small drug debt.

People go missing here all the time, they're either never found; or they're found dead. The cause? Homicide.
